BARSTARD, a calisthenics community in Bandung, has made a considerate and flexible decision to adjust their exercise routine time during the month of Ramadhan. Instead of starting at 4 p.m., the exercises will now begin at 8 p.m. to accommodate members of the community who are observing the fast. This shows BARSTARD's respect and support for the observance of Ramadan and ensures that everyone can participate in the exercises without any discomfort.

Ramadhan is a month-long celebration in the Islamic faith, during which Muslims around the world observe fasting from dawn until sunset. This year, Ramadhan falls in March and April. BARSTARD's decision to change their exercise routine time to 8 p.m. during Ramadhan allows community members to fully participate in the exercises while also observing the fast.

According to Teguh Santosa, the organizer of BARSTARD, "the change was made to ensure that all community members could fully participate in their exercises without any discomfort. The decision to adjust the exercise routine time shows BARSTARD's understanding of the importance of Ramadhan for the Muslim community members."

The community members have appreciated BARSTARD's decision to adjust their exercise routine time. The change ensures that everyone can participate in the exercises without any discomfort and shows BARSTARD's respect and support for the observance of Ramadan. BARSTARD's decision to change their exercise routine time during Ramadan sets an excellent example of inclusion and respect for the religious observances of community members.
